Same as ExampleClones but with biopsies predicted at internal nodes

Usage

BiopsyTrees

Format

A tibble of airrClone and phylo objects output by getTrees.

  • clone_id: Clonal cluster

  • data: List of airrClone objects

  • seqs: Number of sequences

  • trees: List of phylo objects
