A data.frame with the following Change-O style columns:

clone_id: Clonal cluster

data: List of airrClone objects

locus: Locus identifier.

seqs: Number of sequences

igphyml_partitioned_trees: IgPhyML partitioned tree

raxml_partitioned_trees: RAxML partitioned tree
