Description
Provides individual smoothed methylation values for a GRanges object using bsseq
Usage
smooth2txt(bsseq = bs.filtered.bsseq, regions = sigRegions, txt = txt)
Arguments
bsseq
A smoothed bsseq object
regions
A GRanges object of regions to obtain smoothed methylation values for
txt
Character string of save file name
Details
