In cancer-genomics/trellis: Somatic structural variant analysis

Contributing

Follow these steps for adding a feature or fixing a bug. This will update the master branch on github (origin master)

1. pull the master branch from github
2. checkout and create a branch.
3. do all work on the feature branch
4. run devtool's package checker on feature branch to make sure everything is working
5. checkout the master branch
6. pull any changes from github
7. merge the feature branch
8. push your changes to github
9. remove the feature branch
