Classification IBk Learner

Description

Instance based algorithm: K-nearest neighbours regression. Calls RWeka::IBk() from RWeka.

This Learner can be instantiated via the dictionary mlr_learners or with the associated sugar function lrn():

Custom mlr3 parameters

  • output_debug_info:

    • original id: output-debug-info

  • do_not_check_capabilities:

    • original id: do-not-check-capabilities

  • num_decimal_places:

    • original id: num-decimal-places

  • batch_size:

    • original id: batch-size

  • Reason for change: This learner contains changed ids of the following control arguments since their ids contain irregular pattern

  • weight:

    • original id: I and F

  • Reason for change: original I and F params are interdependent (I can only be TRUE when F is FALSE and vice versa). The easiest way to encode this is to combine I and F into one factor param.
