Function to replace the scaling factors, aka the library sizes, of samples in a MRexperiment object.

Usage

## S4 replacement method for signature 'MRexperiment,numeric'
libSize(object) <- value

Arguments

object	a MRexperiment object
value	vector of library sizes

Value

vector library sizes
