grouping OTU (species), optional if only one OTU

chrName

name of chromosome

chrSize

size of chromosome, micrometers or Mb

chromosome group, optional

chrNameUp

optional name over kar.

Mbp

optional name to show size in Mbp, use only when chrSize is not in Mbp
