analyzeGear
Description
analyzes the object class gear
Usage
analyzeGear(GDS, gear = NULL)
Arguments
GDS
character contating the path to a GDS file
or an already imported SeqVarGDSClass
gear
gear an object created with makeGear() contating the desired analyses.
Analyses that can be carried out are (see ?makeCog() for details):
Genetic Diversity
Admixture
Output Loci
Output Trees
Details
analyszes a supplied GDS using a gear object containing the desired
cogs.
Value
the supplied object with cogs replaced by results
