cell_list_dist
Description
specificity is generated in the main_CellTypeAnalysis_Preperation.r file
Usage
cell_list_dist(hits, sct_data, annotLevel)
Arguments
hits
List of gene symbols containing the target gene list.
sct_data
List generated using generate_celltype_data.
annotLevel
An integer indicating which level of sct_data to
analyse (Default: 1).
Value
The summed specificity of each celltype
across a set of hits.
