Description
Transforms the data work up notes, from a list, as the are produced by the arms,
and makes them into a data fram and an automatically named set of files for any
tables contained in the work up notes list.

saveDataWorkUpNotes(set, fpath)
Arguments
set
the data work up notes
fpath
the file path that any tables should be saved to.
Value
data.frame with two columns: the notes and the values of the notes.
