1	reordercolumns(data, ord = NULL)

`data`	msexperiment to reorder
`ord`	new ordering - if null then use ordering by column names

data(SDat)
SDat = mycolnames(SDat, c("C","A","B"))
dimnames(SDat)
SDat = reordercolumns(SDat)
dimnames(SDat)
