Lazy $df accessor for TmCalculator objects
Description
result$df is computed on demand from result$gr instead of
being stored eagerly, so genome-scale results are not converted to a
data.frame unless actually requested. All other elements behave as plain
list access.

x$name
Arguments
x
A TmCalculator object.
name
Element name.
Value
The element, or a data.frame built from x$gr when
name == "df" and no stored df exists.
