Where a source's records sit in the coordinate system the caller cares about
Description
Staging a GRanges to a FASTA turns each range into a record that
starts at 1, so without this the profile of a range at chr1:1001-1060
would come back as chr1:1-60. Every other source already numbers from the
coordinate the caller asked about, so its offset is zero.
Usage
.tm_offsets(idx, src)
Arguments
idx
Row indices into the source.
src
A source from .tm_source.
Value
A numeric vector of offsets to add to record-relative positions.
