Apply the selected model to windows that already carry their sequence
Description
The method dispatch that used to be the whole of tm_calculate().
It is separate now because both routes through the function end here: the
direct one, and every task of the profiling one.
Usage
.tm_model(gr, model)
Arguments
gr
Windows with sequence and complement columns.
model
Model arguments, as assembled by tm_calculate.
Value
A TmCalculator object.
