Resolve 'regions' against a source
Description
Accepts names, numbers, "name:start-end" strings, a mixture, or a
GRanges. Returns one row per requested region, in source order.
An unresolvable name or an out-of-bounds coordinate is an error rather
than a silent drop: quietly skipping a region would return a profile that
is short by that region with nothing to say so.
Usage
.tm_regions(regions, src)
Arguments
regions
The user's regions argument, or NULL for all.
src
A source from .tm_source.
Value
A data frame with idx, name, start,
end, whole.
