Arguments
bam.files
A vector with the path to bam files.
filtered.counted.reads
A filtered RangedSummarizedExperiment object returned by WindowCounts.
norm.factors
A vector with the normalization factors to use to normalize.
Value
A DGELRT object returned as results by glmQLFTest.
