test_duplicate_CpGs(cohort, colname, duplifile = NULL)
Arguments
cohort
Dataframe with data
colname
string, column name to search duplicates
descfile
Optional, filename to write data description if NULL no descriptive values write
Value
cohort data without duplicated values
