Calls the samtools executable.

Usage

## Default S3 method:
systemSamtools(command, ..., .fake=FALSE, verbose=FALSE)

Arguments

command	A character string specifying the samtools command.
...	Additional arguments specifying samtools command line switches.
.fake	If TRUE, the executable is not called.
verbose	See Verbose.
