Hashtag demultiplexing using cutoffs, decided with plot_pairs().
Usage
demux_cutoff(x, cutoff, assay = "HTO", slot = "data")
Arguments
x
Seurat object.
cutoff
vector of cutoffs to apply to each hashtag.
assay
assay from Seurat object.
slot
slot from Seurat object.
