MSTcallTSP(MSTgroup, rawdata, rfmat, LKHexec)
Arguments
MSTgroup
cluster of marker indices.
rawdata
raw marker data.
rfmat
rf matrix.
LKHexec
path and filename of LKH executable. MUST NOT contain the tilde character.
Value
List of marker IDs in order of TSP solution.
