rampFastPathFromSource(db = RaMP(), sourceid, find_synonym = FALSE)
Arguments
sourceid
a vector of synonym that need to be searched
find_synonym
bool if find all synonyms or just return same synonym
Value
a list contains all metabolits as name and pathway inside.
