get_trspace_cds(cdsgrl, exonsgrl)
Arguments
cdsgrl
GRangesList; List of filtered CDS GRanges from GTF
annotation
exonsgrl
GRangesList; exons making up the space element to be mapped
from
Value
a granges object containing the coding sequence range for each
transcript
