In noriakis/wcGeneSummary: visualization and interpretation of textual information from omics summary data through network analysis

This package makes a summarized visualization of biological entities using textual information from various sources through network approach. The package makes word network using R libraries such as GeneSummary, tm, ggraph and wordcloud.
Installation
devtools::install_github("noriakis/biotextgraph")
library(biotextgraph)

The application using Shiny is available here, hosted by shinyapps.io.
