Calculate g, average generation time, given by:
g=T_e+T_l+T_p+\frac{1}{\mu_{ad}}
Usage
calcAverageGenerationTime(stagesDuration, adultMortality)
Arguments
stagesDuration
Vector of lengths of aquatic stages, T_{e}, T_{l}, T_{p}
adultMortality
Adult mortality rate, \mu_{ad}
